I started offering Intergenerational Rewiring because I noticed something powerful in my tarot readings. Time and time again, I could sense specific thoughts or beliefs my clients had inherited - ones that didn’t feel aligned with their true nature.

These thoughts often seemed to come from early childhood dynamics or heavy cultural expectations. They were beliefs passed down through families, sometimes for generations, rooted in pain rather than truth.

I have a personal connection to this work. I’ve recognised that many of my own beliefs don’t reflect my deeper desires or needs. I’ve become deeply devoted to tracking and gently unravelling beliefs that feel out of sync with who I am. These often show up as repeating patterns that feel just outside of my control.

Like calling in people or situations that cause distress.

Or finding myself stuck in cycles that limit my ability to thrive — in business, health, or relationships.

I carry a deep desire to break these inherited patterns. Not just for myself, but for my children and the generations to come.

So many of us are shaped by beliefs born out of collective trauma —

war, servitude, oppression, racism, sexism, martyrdom.

The residue of these experiences lives on in our bodies, minds, and choices.

I want to help break that chain.

When these unconscious behaviours and thoughts are brought to light, we can begin to notice them. And when we notice them, we create space — to think our own thoughts, to choose what truly honours us.

That’s what led me to become a certified Systemic Family Constellation facilitator, and to train in Aware Parenting. Because at the heart of it, this is often about reparenting ourselves.

In my Intergenerational Rewiring sessions, I bring together these modalities —

a little tarot, a little aware parenting, and a lot of systemic constellation work.

The process is tender, experiential, and gently paced. We explore the emotional dynamics within your family of origin, creating space to witness and heal what’s been passed down. I hold space with care so you feel supported to move at your own pace, toward whatever resolution is right for you on the day.

Clients often share that they leave with a sense of lightness, relief, and spaciousness. Many go on to witness subtle yet powerful shifts in their relationships and lives.

Intergenerational Rewiring helps make the unconscious conscious. It creates room for you to live your own life, free from inherited programming. And in doing so, it opens a path back to your own truths - and to the deeper, supportive strength of the ancestors who walked before you.
